I am Darryl, the owner and founder of Tranquility Landscaping. In 2019, I retired from my career in education in order to connect with nature working outside.   Currently, I am a certified Residential Landscape Technician (RLT) and I created this company in 2023 to build on my vision for what a landscaping company could be. Professionalism. Sustainability. Equity. Innovation. Reliability. Integrity. 

I love people and I love nature, and I love working for people in nature. I enjoy the feeling of meeting or exceeding client expectations with their landscaping needs.  I used to spend my time after work training for triathlons to get my body moving.  I really appreciate what landscaping in nature does for my physical health and wellbeing.  I burn way more calories working hard for clients than I ever did in my triathlon days.  I have a lot of fun at work and I strive to make work fun for staff as well.  I feel like I have found a fountain of youth working outside in beautiful BC!
